What this program is about

This program has been specifically designed to help employer organisations meet their legal, business and moral obligations to provide a psychologically (or mentally) safe workplace for all employees.

Our new working environments that consist of both in-office and WFH locations require new strategies for looking after the mental health and wellbeing of your staff.

Live, online and interactive workshops will teach you and your employees how to:

  • best manage their own mental health so they can be fully productive at work
  • look out for and support teammates, and
  • ensure all legal obligations are met under the Australian Occupational Health and Safety Act
